Orders received by 3:00 PM EST usually ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Please allow up to 10 business days before getting too worried. You’ll receive a tracking number after checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with details of the transaction, along with a tracking code. You can enter this tracking code on the carrier’s website to track your order.

First, check the area around your delivery location thoroughly, and verify the delivery address to make sure it is correct. Next, contact the shipping carrier to check if there were any issues with the delivery. If the carrier cannot locate the package, you will need to set up a claim with your credit card company and/or the shipping carrier.

When we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email letting you know the refund has been processed.
